Who Shows Up At Your Door

A straight-priced repair operation built for how the Basin actually lives.

Not a legacy shop with a story to tell. A focused appliance repair operation built around one thing: fixing what's broken, at a price you knew before we knocked.

Why this business exists

Two things go wrong most often with appliance repair in a market like this: nobody tells you the price until the invoice, and nobody accounts for the fact that a lot of Odessa households don't run a nine-to-five schedule. Basin Appliance Repair exists to fix both. Flat pricing, told to you before we start. Appointment windows that work with a rig schedule, not just a standard business day.

Stated limit

We're a new operation in this market. We won't claim years we haven't put in as this company. What we bring is direct, single-focus appliance repair, with a flat service call and a truck stocked for the failures this water and this climate cause most.

How the truck is set up

We stock the parts that fail most often on the water and in the climate specific to Ector County: inlet valves, drain pumps, heating elements, igniters, thermal fuses, start relays, and door seals across the major residential brands. That's what makes same-visit repair possible on most calls instead of a return trip. Less common control boards and specialty parts get ordered, usually a 1-to-3-business-day wait, with no second service call charged to install them.

The oilfield schedule, specifically

A broken fridge doesn't wait for a day off. We book early and late appointment windows around shift changes when we can, and we call ahead to confirm before rolling out, rather than showing up in a window that doesn't match when someone's actually home. If you're coming off a hitch and the freezer's already thawed, tell us that on the call. It changes how we prioritize the dispatch.

Where we run

Coverage runs Odessa proper, out through West Odessa and Gardendale, and up to the Midland edge of Ector County. That's acreage properties on well water and city-supplied households alike, garage-set units and kitchen built-ins, all pulling from the same hard water source regardless of address.

Who this is for

Homeowners who want one straight-priced call instead of a guessing game, and who'd rather book a repair window that fits a real work schedule than take whatever slot a bigger outfit hands them. If that's you, we're built for exactly that.

How we quote a job

The $79 service call is the diagnostic. It's what pays for the truck roll and the time it takes to actually open the unit and confirm what failed, rather than guess over the phone. If you hire us for the repair, that $79 comes off the invoice, so the diagnostic ends up costing nothing when we do the work. If you decide not to proceed for any reason, the $79 covers that visit and nothing else gets added.

Every quote breaks out the part cost and the labor separately. We'd rather show our work than ask you to trust one lump number, and it means you can see exactly what you're paying for before you say yes.
